El Agave Express

Excellent experience for my first Grubhub order.
I had a lot of confidence in the restaurant I ordered from ( El Agave Express in Bushnells Basin ) as weve enjoyed their food in the past.
Our delivery driver, Mario was very very quick and polite.
The food temperature was acceptable when delivered yet we wasted no time in eating it. Im willing to give the service the benefit of the doubt before judging that aspect.

The food arrived about 10 minutes ahead of time, which is great. There were small sides of homemade chips and salsa included that were not mentioned on the menu, which was a pleasant surprise.

The food was very tasty and well presented in aluminum togos. The kids chicken strip order had two large strips of actual breaded chicken and a more than generous side of curly fries.

Its very good. My only complaint was I ordered the Guaca salad and it was not what I was expecting. It should have been a nice container of chunks of avocado and and tomatoes and onions and lettuce and yada yada, but it was a thing of iceberg lettuce with a dollop of guacamole and a dollop of sour cream on it. It tasted good but was not worth five dollars

I'd like more detail on the online menu. I thought I was getting a cheese filled enchilada and a cheese filled chili relleno. They both had meat, which turned out to be fine, I just thought I was getting cheese. Next time I'll just put that in the comments. The food was good.

The flavor was incredible. For a moment I was back in Southern California experiencing authentic Latin food for the first time. Every detail of the food is well present d and prepared for freshness and flavor. I was very impressed; enjoy!
